“I was desperate when I found this shoe brand. I'd spent nearly $200 on a different brand that is very popular amongst healthcare workers and that pair of shoes spent more time under my table than they did on my feet. “I have been wearing gravity defyer for 12 years and I do like the technology. However your exchange policy and return policy on your website is very difficult. I've never had to exchange or return gravity to fire until this last purchase where I bought some sandals for my husband that were on sale. There was no way to exchange them for a smaller size on your website and I was told that we would have to pay the retail price on the exchange which is ridiculous! Because of this horrible experience that went on with customer service for days (it's impossible to reach them by phone only by email). I am not going to be purchasing gravity defyer any longer! I buy almost everything online and have never had such an awful experience with a return or exchange. I really did want to get the sandals that I bought in a smaller size in another color and it did show that they were available with those options but it did not give me the exchange option on the return part of the website - even though the inventory showed these sandals were available!”

“I am updating my previous review of Gravity Defy. It is sad that I had to give them a poor review on the website in order to receive my shoes, however since I did. Give them a poor review. I received my shoes today therefore I am writing you at a three in the past I would’ve given you a five out of five because I love Gravity Defy and I have never had any problems until recently. I do plan to continue ordering as I love the shoes and they are the best shoes I’ve ever found for my feet. My husband loves your shoes please. The good news is that we carry this exact style in both Wide and Extra Wide options, designed especially for feet that need more room and comfort. It really sounds like the Medium width is a bit too tight and putting pressure on your little toes.

“Absolutely the worse customer service. Be aware, there is not a real human you can talk to. When you call cust service the voice recording states they cannot help you now and to call back. The online system will not accept an exchange and tells you to call Customer Service. What a joke! I made 5 attempts for an exchange in size......I'm returning the product.”
“My only complaints are the inconsistency of the length of the shoelaces (some are plenty long, others barely long enough to tie) and what seems to be the inconsistency in the sizing of the shoes (I wish I could try them on in a store before buying instead of ordering them online). Otherwise, the shoes are wonderful -- they really do ease pain and make it so much more comfortable to walk and stand. I've stocked up a bit on these because I do not want to be without them.
One day I stupidly stood practically all day in my house slippers and the next day I didn't think I was going to be able to walk at all because my feet were in so much pain. I put on my Gravity Defyer Energiya shoes and was able to stand and walk comfortably all day! I really appreciated having them to relieve my pain and allow me to function. They are fantastic!”
