“Love my G-Defy shoes. For the most part all I wear. Retired from wearing dress shoes 5 years ago with major foot, hip, and back pain and issues. Discovered these shoes and has changed the game for me. I walk a lot and recently hiked 100 plus miles in Spain in 5 days pain free. Have quit counting the number of pairs I have worn out but at least 10 pairs. Love this brand and it works great for me.

“This 5 star rating is for your shoes and inserts products, and the sales people when I can get on them the phone. Your website is an absolute disaster, maybe a 1 star. Some examples; I can no longer see my rewards points, nor use the rewards points when ordering product on website. I am forced to try and get a live person on the phone. Your phone answering robot answering bot is useless. Your phone and email system seems to have been on breakdown for the past 2 weeks or more. It takes a number of days, up to a week to get the product shipped from ordering date? Your diabetic shoe inserts, men TF701F, 10m, ( for my 10xw ION and 10.5xw MW shoes, is again missing? or out of stock again? But you have in stock a women TF401F, which I ordered a number of sets, which I used a chart to convert men 10xw to women size 11, maybe 11.5. Women's sizes stopped at 11.0 size. When you get these inserts, side of box reads TF701F W11, inside on the side is stamped TF701, W11/M9.5-10. Another set of insets is stamped TF701 10.5-11. SO are the men's TF701 and women's TF401 the same diabetic friendly orthotic insoles the same inserts? I would have thought the men's insoles would be more heavy duty the women's. Tracking ordered GD products when GD ships via USPS has some gaps, but all have arrived. The website should be user friendly AND let me complete ALL of my ordering in one place, including using reqrds points, without human intervention. Fortunately for GD you make the best shoes and diabetic friendly orthotic insoles/inserts. So I am still here. Have a nice day. DE”
“Shoes are awesome. Customer service is terrible. They changed over to a new system and I lost all of my order history. I called customer service the lady that answered the phone was short with me and when I asked for shoe sizes of previous orders that I had ordered she gave me wrong information and acted like I was a bother to her.”
“GDefy is the first shoe that I ever wore that eliminated pain. I can wear another shoe for maybe a day then have to wear GDefy to keep knee from getting worse. I now have been able to play tennis. I found GDefy in Feb ‘22 after doing research before a vacation I was having such knee pain and wanted to be able to walk. Wow I not only could walk but the pain has improved ever since.”
“2.5 stars if possible. Honestly I purchased these shoes because it mentioned that they were deep enough for custom made orthotic, this was not true at all. I have no space at all if I put in my custom made insoles. They material the shoes are made of are very cheap material, sketchers makes better quality shoes for a cheaper price. I will say that they were very comfortable to wear when I took them off I definitely felt the difference, they kinda felt like I was walking on clouds. Thats the only good thing about these shoes, they are very comfortable, but my Hoka sneakers are about the same and are better quality and much nicer looking.”
“I have 4 different kinds of these shoes and each kind is great. The cushing really helps me when walking or standing. I have osteoarthritis in my back and hips. My favorite is the Mighty Walk but they are all good.”
