“They are very nice to deal with until you have a problem, then they ghost you. They say they will put you in touch with people who can assist, however nobody responds or follows up even after numerous emails. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY DUE TO THAT REASON.
They Finally responded and told me something (in writing) that was 100% different than they had told me weeks before (in writing). They apparently have NO CLUE WHAT THIER OWN POLICIES ARE AS THE RESPONSES CONTRADICT EACH OTHER!”

“I have had Morton's Neuromy removed from between the toes of my left foot AND a left ankle tendon repair, plus anchors to tighten loose ligaments in that same left foot, also a left knee total replacement; therefore, GDefy Mighty Walk shoes & GDefy sandals & GDefy leather dress sandals are the ONLY shoes in which I can walk comfortably without any pain. Additionally, I love the Sierra leather, waterproof, hightop boots which are great when mowing the grass or walking on wet pavement. In fact, I do not wear any other shoe except from those made by GDefy! I advertise GDefy wherever I go.”

“These shoes are so comfortable! I would definitely recommend them and would also buy another pair. My lower back pain has also improved using the corrective insoles. The only comment/complaint that I have is that the information on the shoe tag about the insoles did not appear to be correct. My shoes came with the “corrective” insoles already in them. This difference made me wonder if the shoes had been returned by someone else and then sent to me as new. The customer service person tried to assure me that this pair had not been returned previously.”
