“I purchased the pair with the dark purple outline. This is my second pair. I was a bit disappointed because they are not like my other pair. I don't get the "health" benefits from these. There is no seemingly balancing and keeping me "on tract" so to speak. I also have had issues with the yellow sticker on the tongue which is a bit agitating. The heels oft times seem to have a tripping effect?Just don't think they are built like the whit ones that I have had over a year. They arent "reliable". I dont feel confident in them altho I do wear them occasionally. Definitely not my "go" for comfort and stability.”
“Totally disappointed in replacement order.....after waiting to receive first order correction over 6 months your customer service dept. advised to chose another style........done deal. First order wrong sized shoe in 71/2 box. Finally the gifted pair replacement was received in a box stating size 71/2 but quess what they were actually size 7 in a 71/2 labeled box ! Recipient chose to just keep after all the trouble.....I hope she will be pleased with her decision.YOU NEED TO HIRE EMPLOYEES THAT WILL VERIFY ACTUAL SHOE SIZE INSIDE RELATES TO LABEL ON BOX........As the buyer of your gifted product I'm not happy.”

“I've been using G-Defy shoes for about 20 years. Maybe more. I love them and I love tghe company. However, Sometimes my shoes don't perform quite as well as I expect. Vito used to replace badly made shoes with new ones, but the shop closed and Vito's not around any longer. CS hasn't responded to my omplaints, and yet, I'm still a rabid promotor of G-Defy. They are the best made shoes and my feet love them.”

“These are the most amazing shoes! I also have customized inserts from the podiatrist that cost me like $500 but before these shoes and the inserts, I couldnt walk my feet hurt so badly. These shoes are a Godsend. I got a pair for my so and my husband too. The only issue I've seen is they don't last more than a year with daily use. The heels pop out and the seal on the bottom is undone, and no matter what kind of glue (shoe glue, gorilla glue) you name it it just would not reseal. Such a bummer because they are such good shoes! But I did buy another pair regardless because they are so good. I scored them a 4 just because they don't last as long as I would like, although they did tell me they are really only designed to last 12-18 months (which is a bummer). I hope they work on making these last longer.”
