“Work boots were super comfortable. They were fairly lightweight and alleviated much of my foot pain. The reason that I gave 3 stars was due to longevity. I am not very hard on boots in my job, but these lasted only about 4 months before they began to fail. Some of the glue on the sole started separating and then significant wear occurred on the inside rear of the boots. This made them very uncomfortable to wear. I can usually get 9 months to a year out of an average pair of boots.”

I called customer service immediately to change it or cancel and reorder but they said it was not possible! Not okay.”

“I am giving you a poor review because of your customer service. I ordered products from you two times and both times My order was declined because of your lack of supply. When I contacted your helpline the person on the other line was apathetic and when I asked to have a manager call me they never did. I called the help line today to place a new order. The representative was minimally helpful. I even heard her sigh over the phone, as if locating in stock items were too much trouble for her to look up. Gdefy makes a great product but their current support staff is in need of being replaced. In the past I recommended this product to friends. Unless their phone oriented customer service is remedied I will no longer recommend their product.”
