“not happy about the quality of my last order .whenpan fried cod fillets [2] they brokeup and were alittle sloppy .the huss was the same ,also a piece of haddok . the same .the gurnard was very good . will be contacting you before i place my next order .”

“Delicious fish. But you used to be able to buy single portions - now portion size starts at 2 , so not good for people on their own. Also free delivery has been stopped for my postcode unless a large quantity is bought. Again not good for couples or people on their own. This is why I have given 3 stars instead of 5.”

“Last box of fish not up to normal standard. Also there was a few bits of shell in the crab tub , which at £15 a time also wasn't up to normal standard. I'll think twice before I order anything else.”

“This is not what I thought. The Fish descriptor says caught in the North East Atlantic and the Sardines were also not local (i.e. Devon/Cornwall ). My assumption was that the fish/seafood would be at least Channel caught !!!!. Disappointing.”

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Please rest assured the fish is locally caught in Devon and Cornwall. The term North-East Atlantic covers our whole coastal area and is the legal terminology we have to include on our labelling to keep in line with trading standards guidelines. “The Fish arrived on time, however it still had the scales on, I thought that a fillet would be descaled before shipping. Other than that it was very good, I'll be ordering again soon.”

“Disappointed that the Seabass was farmed and of foreign origin. I would have expected British fish! Otherwise all fresh and well packed. On one occasion I had to wait a week and a half for delivery, despite having paid in advance, which I thought was not good.”
