“I decided to try the magnesium spray to help me sleep, I have a condition called myoclonus ( restless legs, body tics and cramping muscles ) and I am happy to say the spray helps a lot, even during the day. Thank you very much for developing this spray. I am a very happy customer.”

“After trying several other magnesium sprays, I thought I’d give Harrogate a try. I’ve never looked back. It soothes aches and pains and when sprayed on my legs before popping into bed, I no longer wake up in the middle of the night with painful leg cramps. Highly recommended.”

“I have been using Harrogate Organics Magnesium Spray for nearly 2 years. I really helps me sleep and helps to reduce dailt headaches and migraines. The box arrives with scented tissue papaer and a hand written note, it feels like a special present every time I order one. Would highly recommend”

“Love buying from here . Always have what I need and delivery is quick.
