“The spray is much less messy to use than a butter, particularly if you need to use it in the middle of the night. A little goes a long way. Also using the pillow spray, training my brain to connect it with sleep time hopefully . It smells lovely. Quick delivery and lovely packaging.”

“I’ve been using the mangnesium spray for over a year now and I can’t recommend it enough to help with getting a good night sleep. My partner didn’t believe it would help but asked me to spray the soles of his feet for a few nights, just like I do, and he’s now converted! I always wake up feeling more refreshed and less groggy even if I get less than 8hrs. There’s products I can live without or stop using for a while, this isn’t one of them”
