Hi Roz, we're so sorry to hear you've been feeling discomfort when using the spray. It is normal to feel some amount of itchiness, this can indicate that your magnesium levels are low and this is how some people's skin responds to it. Of course if it is causing a concerning amount of discomfort we would recommend discontinuing use. Here are some things many have found helped them when experiencing itchiness: -You can dilute it with water -Use less at a time -Use in less sensitive areas (soles of feet) -Rinse off after 15-20 minutes of application, perhaps spray it on just before your evening shower We also have a sensitive skin version of the spray available, that one may be a better option for you to try, if the above tips don't work for you. “Although I had been having difficulty getting to sleep and/or staying asleep for quite a few months now, I was sceptical about this product. I had tried an oral magnesium supplement and I was nauseous on the three days I took it, so stopped. Then I saw an advert for this spray and thought I’d try a topical supplement. There was no change to my sleeping pattern for the first five nights then I had a better sleep on the sixth night. I can honestly say that my sleep has got better ever since. I’ve been using the spray for two weeks now and I feel much better in the day time, less lethargic. I may still wake up once or sometimes twice but I go back to sleep immediately. More than pleased with the result so far!”

“Ordered the magnesium spray for the second time. Super fast delivery and the box has a gorgeous scent. Spray certainly helps me sleep better. I have severe pain issues and generally wake every hour to change position, now its maybe once or twice. However occasionally I sleep so well in an odd position and pay the price.”

“Love the magnesium spray, it does exactly what it says it does. I broke my collar bone about a year and half ago. As you can imagine I was lots of painkillers. I decided I’d use some of the spray on it before bed & it didn't disappoint worked brilliantly. I would highly recommend this.”
