“Don’t use the magnesium spray every night but when I do it does seem to aid better sleep. I get cramp a lot so I tend to spray my calf’s and knees. It helps great deal.”

“I have been using Harrogate Magnesium Oil spray for just over a year. I had a burning sensation in my Achilles Tendons on both ankles due to playing netball. After a few applications it definitely helped and I no longer have the issue when i use my spray regularly. I also spray on the top and behind my knees which helps to eliminate any aches and pains during my Peri-Menopause. I am 51 and still play netball three times a week. “I have been using the Magnesium Oil for a couple of years now and find it very effective in reducing my leg pain and restless legs at night. It is very good. However i would like to ask if you have recently changed any ingredients as my latest order of the oil had quite an unpleasant smell....very different from
all previous orders. I will continue to order as tge benefits outway the u pleasant smell. I look forward to your answer. Thank you.”
Hi there, we have made a few changes as we move production to Switzerland and improve the quality further of the ingredients… However if you don't like the smell, we have now introduced a sensitive skin version, which is completely sent free and contains manuka honey, chamomile and arnica
