“Had a hassle free experience buying my first hearing aids. The price was £500 less than the high street store that carried out my hearing test and the service I received was excellent. I’m very pleased with the hearing aids and the backup provided by Bev which was very helpful. No problems whatsoever AAA!”

“Having trialled a few different hearing aids from the high street without much success, I decided to give The Hearing Shop a chance and I'm so pleased I did. Not only are they competitively priced, but in Bev Carter they have a true gem. Bev provided excellent advice and guidance, was patient whilst I kept changing my mind, tweaked the programming and provided many different domes for me to find the best fit. Thank you Bev for putting up with me.”

“Being elderly it was quite a task trawling the internet looking to replace my hearing aids, there was so much to choose from I then came across The Hearing Shop after showing my lnterest I recaived a phone call from Bev. what a very plesant and knoledgable lady, I placed my order was given 7-10 day delivery it arrived in 2 days dead chuffed. Very pleased with my hearing aids. Highly reccomeded.”

“An excellent, professional, company who I would certainly recommend without hesitation. I did go a lot of due diligence research because, on the face of it, the offers appear too good to be true. However, I can confirm I received the advice I required to make an informed choice and was supplied with exactly what I chose. I went for the Signia Styletto AX7’s and am extremely happy with my choice and the service.”

“I paid the best UK online price which is way cheaper than highstreet shops The audiologist answered all my questions and the aids were delivered on the agreed time Straightforward pairing to my phone Then up and running, for voice and for phone calls The next day I had a call from the shops audiologist to check all was ok She checked if I had tried the alternative domes that were supplied She then reminded me that if I have any queries or probvlems to contact her What more could I want?”
