“Now at that time in my life I needed hearing aids. I thought twice when advised of the cost of a pair of aids to suit my life style needs. Coming home slightly deflated a quick google search and I came across The Hearing Shop, thinking this is too good to be true I contacted them via e-mail and got an immediate response from Bev saying they can help me with what was needed. Ordering was easy and Bev kept me informed from receipt of order to delivery. Delivery was quicker than the high street retailer and the follow up calls to ensure I was happy with my aids is reassuring. Highly recommend The Hearing Shop and can confirm the support is better than the high street retailer.”

“After issues with my last aid I wanted to upgrade to something better and my choice, the Option Zeal. Bev excepted my choice and went ahead and ordered it. All I can say is that aid has changed my life. Bev programmed it to my audiograph and as always it's spot on. The programming and the tech in the aid has given me my hearing back to what I can remember as normal and I'm blown away by it. I am a returning customer and wouldn't shop anywhere else. The process buying online is easy and way cheaper than anyone else. I would have been stupid to shop local and pay the extra price for the same service. I also have piece of mind knowing, if needed, I can have settings changed with a telephone appointment. That's great and reassuring. I echoe other reviews of the great service and fully recommend. Thanks.”

“Glad I found The Hearing Shop. I've been wearing a aid for 8 years now and always struggled getting the support I needed for my ever changing hearing loss. Bev, the audiologist, is a star. I always feel comfortable in what changes she makes to my aid and wouldn't trust anyone else now to do my programming. Not only that but cheapest prices around for all the top brands makes my experience even better. I'm wearing the new Signia active mini ix. This aid has been a game changer in my life giving me confidence in all situations of my daily life. If you are looking for aids I would fully recommend Bev and the team to cater for your every needs. Thanks.”

“I am a 40 year old busy mum who has severe high frequency hearing loss from a virus when I was a child. For the first time in many years of wearing hearing aids, I’ve felt really listened to and cared for by this provider. I’ve had a great experience getting my new hearing aids from the Hearing Shop, after previously attending a private clinic where I didn’t get such a thoughtful and personalised service despite the much higher costs. The Hearing Shop audiologist Bev, has gone above and beyond to make sure I chose the right aids for my type of loss and that I was happy with the results. She set up numerous remote sessions around my schedule to help me and has also given me invaluable advice about how to protect my hearing, advice I’ve never been given before in all the years I’ve met hearing professionals. She has been very kind and understanding but also professional and efficient at sending through new domes or exchanges when I’ve asked for them. It is also excellent value for money as the devices you buy are much more affordable than the same ones on the high street or at other private clinics. I highly recommend the Hearing Shop as a result.”

“After submitting my latest hearing test, I was advised what was suitable and in my budget. The hearing aids were shipped out quickly and adjusted remotely via the easy to use app. The app is great as it allows you to adjust the volume and clarity level in a variety of different places. All in all it was a great professional service which I am happy to use again and positively endorse”

“After several years of denial, I finally admitted that my hearing was in need of some assistance. Following the unsolicited opportunity for a free hearing test, I took the plunge and discovered the harsh facts. I was offered a hearing aid by my local audiologist, but nearly fell of my chair when informed of the cost! However, after some diligent research, I found The Hearing Shop, an independent online supplier, whose representative Bev was very helpful in explaining my options against my audiology report and supplied my needs at less than half the original quoted price and a number of helpful explanatory videos and full email/telephone follow up support. My hearing aids are directly connected to my phone with optional music streaming capability and have overnight rechargeable batteries. I’ve been wearing them for several weeks now and the difference is remarkable. I can hear simple sounds that I had forgotten about, like the birds tweeting in the garden. I couldn’t have asked for better support from The Hearing Shop. I would recommend anyone who feels that their hearing might need support to take the plunge and contact The Hearing Shop and discuss your options. I feel sure that you will be really glad that you did.”
