“Now at that time in my life I needed hearing aids. I thought twice when advised of the cost of a pair of aids to suit my life style needs. Coming home slightly deflated a quick google search and I came across The Hearing Shop, thinking this is too good to be true I contacted them via e-mail and got an immediate response from Bev saying they can help me with what was needed. Ordering was easy and Bev kept me informed from receipt of order to delivery. Delivery was quicker than the high street retailer and the follow up calls to ensure I was happy with my aids is reassuring. Highly recommend The Hearing Shop and can confirm the support is better than the high street retailer.”

“I hesitated about spending a not inconsiderable sum on the Phonak Sphere i70 hearing aids from The Hearing Shop. I need not have worried. The price was VERY significantly less than buying from a high street chain and the service, patience, on-line assistance and follow-up from Bev (the audiologist) was beyond compare. I have now had the aids for about six weeks and they, together with Bev's guidance and advice, are doing what was needed to restore my hearing to something approaching a 50 year old. Not bad for an 80 year old! The only thing I would add is that the Phonak app on a smartphone is a big advantage in order to get the full benefit from these aids.”

“If I could less than one star I would. I looked at their website and had further questions which I raised via their 'contact us' page. I received a short email back from David with a link to their website and not answering any questions I raised. If they dismiss people this easily prior to taking money off them I dread to think how unhelpful they would be once they did have your money. They certainly are not going to get mine - stay away.”

“Fantasic speedy service all round with immediate followup from the Audiologist Bev. How refreshing after atroious service from a major high street outlet. If, like me, you are cautious about going online, don't worry! Having taken the plunge, I can highly recommend The Hearing Shop, wishing that I'd gone to them first.”

“Very friendly consultations with my audiologist Bev, no real problem,the whole process was very straightforward. The hearing aids Bev recommended seem to suit my particular situation and are working really well. The Signia App is very easy to use with plenty of useful videos on how to use and maintain the hearing aids but although personally I didn't have a problem configuring the setting on my iPhone to customising it for my own use , I could see why some people would . So a few links to some useful videos would certainly be of help to others”

She went above and beyond to talk me through the process of purchasing on line and how to set thd hearing aids up. “My first pair of hearing aids and they are a significant investment so it was great to find The Hearing Shop with such great deals! They answered all my questions, helped me make my mind up on which ones to get too. Delivery was easy, came pre-programmed to my hearing levels/requirements and after sales care has been great too. Really glad to have found them!”

“Had a hassle free experience buying my first hearing aids. The price was £500 less than the high street store that carried out my hearing test and the service I received was excellent. I’m very pleased with the hearing aids and the backup provided by Bev which was very helpful. No problems whatsoever AAA!”

“Having trialled a few different hearing aids from the high street without much success, I decided to give The Hearing Shop a chance and I'm so pleased I did. Not only are they competitively priced, but in Bev Carter they have a true gem. Bev provided excellent advice and guidance, was patient whilst I kept changing my mind, tweaked the programming and provided many different domes for me to find the best fit. Thank you Bev for putting up with me.”

“Being elderly it was quite a task trawling the internet looking to replace my hearing aids, there was so much to choose from I then came across The Hearing Shop after showing my lnterest I recaived a phone call from Bev. what a very plesant and knoledgable lady, I placed my order was given 7-10 day delivery it arrived in 2 days dead chuffed. Very pleased with my hearing aids. Highly reccomeded.”
