“I am a 40 year old busy mum who has severe high frequency hearing loss from a virus when I was a child. For the first time in many years of wearing hearing aids, I’ve felt really listened to and cared for by this provider. I’ve had a great experience getting my new hearing aids from the Hearing Shop, after previously attending a private clinic where I didn’t get such a thoughtful and personalised service despite the much higher costs. The Hearing Shop audiologist Bev, has gone above and beyond to make sure I chose the right aids for my type of loss and that I was happy with the results. She set up numerous remote sessions around my schedule to help me and has also given me invaluable advice about how to protect my hearing, advice I’ve never been given before in all the years I’ve met hearing professionals. She has been very kind and understanding but also professional and efficient at sending through new domes or exchanges when I’ve asked for them. It is also excellent value for money as the devices you buy are much more affordable than the same ones on the high street or at other private clinics. I highly recommend the Hearing Shop as a result.”

“Bev from The Hearing Shop was extremely helpful before ordering, in placing the order and either after sales service. Delivery was prompt after she aided me in selecting the correct aids. The price was considerably cheaper than the high street sellers like Boots and Specsavers. Very impressed impressed with the remote fine tuning she provides.”

“After submitting my latest hearing test, I was advised what was suitable and in my budget. The hearing aids were shipped out quickly and adjusted remotely via the easy to use app. The app is great as it allows you to adjust the volume and clarity level in a variety of different places. All in all it was a great professional service which I am happy to use again and positively endorse”

“After several years of denial, I finally admitted that my hearing was in need of some assistance. Following the unsolicited opportunity for a free hearing test, I took the plunge and discovered the harsh facts. I was offered a hearing aid by my local audiologist, but nearly fell of my chair when informed of the cost! However, after some diligent research, I found The Hearing Shop, an independent online supplier, whose representative Bev was very helpful in explaining my options against my audiology report and supplied my needs at less than half the original quoted price and a number of helpful explanatory videos and full email/telephone follow up support. My hearing aids are directly connected to my phone with optional music streaming capability and have overnight rechargeable batteries. I’ve been wearing them for several weeks now and the difference is remarkable. I can hear simple sounds that I had forgotten about, like the birds tweeting in the garden. I couldn’t have asked for better support from The Hearing Shop. I would recommend anyone who feels that their hearing might need support to take the plunge and contact The Hearing Shop and discuss your options. I feel sure that you will be really glad that you did.”

“Having been a little anxious about buying such items on line, we have been very pleased indeed with both the hearing aids (Resound Vivia 9) and, perhaps especially, with the careful and comprehensive care that Bev, the audiologist, showed us. She listened, advised and then delivered in a way which could scarcely be improved upon, and we are very grateful to her, and to the company she representds so ably.”
