“Hi. I received the washing machine, Thankyou. It was however delivered to my home address, rather than the delivery address i clearly specified. I called to ensure that the delivery address was clear and was sent an email of confirmation as well as receiving it on the phone. It then arrived after all that, at my home. I showed the courrier the clearly stated delivery address and email from HEAVINS acknowledging it. The poor courrier had to turn around and drive late into the night to deliver it to thr correct address.
