The team at Heavins were exceptionally helpful, I was having difficulty with the returns label and the 2 ladies I spoke to on the phone were more than helpful, sorted the label and emailed it to me. Fabulous service, I also received the new vaccum promptly, the one I originally had wasn’t in stock but I got good advice and a good deal on a different Shark vaccum.”
