“First I was delivered only 1 of the 4 I ordered and had to follow up repeatedly. First couldn't reach the right person. Then was told 4 were send, end of story. Had to follow up more and eventually got send the missing 3.
Then after I installed them we had 55km/h gusts and they were ripped clean of breaking the outer bracket and the sheets all came clean out and ended up in the field behind the house. So really think they won't last through any storm.
I've tried to reinforce them now because I had no interest in dealing with your customer service team after basically being told I was a liar with regards to the botched delivery. And the lack of an apology. The first package was obviously send as 1 unit, not 4 else there would have been tape marks on it. Have pictures showing this was not the case.”
