“Good initially and very efficient. I received my toaster quickly after ordering. However the toaster was not in original packaging and showed signs of prior handling suggesting a shop floor model. I asked to return it and Heavins were quick to respond to this request. It was picked up and returned to store however, I await the replacement. I will comment further once received. Thank you”
