“Disappointing. We had no contact from the courier company that the item was being delivered on the day, neither by telephone, text or email. The chairs were left at the side of the house to the front of the house, for anyone to see. Also, one of the chairs was damaged and we are now waiting for a replacement. Ciara in the Athlone office had been most helpful with assisting us with a replacement. Hopefully we won’t have to wait too long for it.”
“Very happy with Heavins. Good Product and it was sent via post within the day. An Post however had it sitting in local sorting office for 4 days after that and sent an email saying delivery failed on day 1 which never happened. However, that's not on Heavins.”
