WARNING: Looks good, but my experience (and you are starting to see this from other reviews too) is that once they have taken your money and maybe given you a bit back, they will stop making payments until you "Complete your KYC". KYC stands for Know Your Customer, and is a common practice for Banks and other legitimate financial institutions. The difference between Helium Farm and a legitimate financial institution is that legitimate financial institutions _won't *take* your money until you have completed KYC_. Helium Farm will gladly *take* your money, but then suddenly get all serious about KYC _when it's time to start *paying you back*_. This was my experience: I sent crypto and purchased a package (no KYC needed), started to get payouts, and was able to withdraw. Sent more crypto, purchased another package (again, no mention of KYC when HF is _taking_ your money). Went to withdraw a few weeks later, suddenly "no withdrawal until completed KYC". And despite having uploaded and emailed passport, bank statements, payslips, transfer receipts, over 8 weeks ago now, and followed up dozens of times, it's still not completed. Their email support no longer replies. Their chat support is very perky and responsive, probably because they're more of a sales function. As soon as you ask them about status on KYC, they say "oh for KYC you need to use email support". So, before you send money, why not do a bit of "Know Your Client" of your own: who is this company? Where are they based? What do you know about them? What happens if they decide to just take the money and run? I knew when I sent crypto to an anonymous site in Georgia (Central Europe, not US) that there was a chance it was a scam, I rolled the dice. Please be sure to consider my review carefully (and the other ones like it that are starting to appear amidst all the "ooh helium is great" type reviews). Helium itself IS a incredible concept, really exciting, however sending your money to an anonymous organization and then never getting it back, not so much. And yes, like many other reviews I was also enjoying the experience during the time I was able to withdraw. Little did I realize, the fun was soon going to stop. You've been warned!

We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept the documents you have submitted as they do not meet our verification standards. As a regulated entity, we are required to verify the authenticity of payments flagged for anti-money laundering (AML) purposes. Unfortunately, our partners have rejected your Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation due to concerns about their authenticity. We understand the inconvenience this may cause, but adherence to regulatory requirements is crucial in the crypto industry to ensure the security and legitimacy of all transactions. At this time, your account will remain suspended until we can resolve the issues related to the origin of the flagged transactions. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you are able to provide the necessary valid documentation or if you have any questions regarding this process.

WARNING - IT'S A SCAM, AND HERE'S HOW THE SCAM PLAYS OUT: 1) Nice idea, nice website, you send crypto 2) You may be able to withdrawn once or twice 3) You may be minded to buy more after successfully withdrawing 4) One day you come to withdraw, and there's a message "No more withdrawals until you complete KYC". 5) And of course, since the company is a scam, there is no KYC, just confusing UI, so-called customer support that does respond quickly, contradictory emails from support, chat support claims they can't help, email support very slow and circular. 6) Website keeps crediting your account with HNT, but since you can't withdrawn it, it's just pure fools gold. I knew when I sent crypto to an anonymous site in Georgia that there was a chance it was a scam, I rolled the dice. Warning to others: HELIUM.FARM aka HELIUMFARM.COM aka HELIUMFARM.NET IS A SCAM. THEY WILL ACCEPT YOUR CRYPTO, MAYBE EVEN GIVE SOME BACK, BUT THEN TURN OFF THE TAPS LONG BEFORE YOU GET EVEN 25% BACK. Oh, and waste a LOT of your time bouncing you getting you to submit documents, then rejecting them, then asking them to be uploaded again, then emailed, oh no, then uploaded, you bounce around between support reps while you still think you have a chance to "get your KYC completed" - they're likely just laughing at you.

I'm happy to read that other users seem to be satisfied with helium farm. Unfortunately I cannot chime in with the enthusiasm. I bought two mining plans in January and the daily rewards come in as promised. However, I have been trying for over a month now to withdraw my rewards to my helium wallet. I submitted all the required documents for their KYC process - and nothing happened up until today. I'm politely going on their nerves on a regularly to inquire any process. I receive friendly, but unhelpful answers ("it's going to be processed very soon", "It's our KYC taking that is taking care of this"). No feedback on whether there is something wrong with the information provided, no definite answers as to when this is going to be processed. I'm afraid I have to accept that the money spent is lost.

Dear Torben, I hope this message finds you well. I understand your concerns and the eagerness to proceed smoothly with your transactions. However, I must emphasize the paramount importance of complying with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations in all our operations. AML rules are not merely procedural but are foundational to ensuring the integrity and security of financial transactions. They serve to prevent financial crimes such as money laundering and terrorist financing, thereby safeguarding not only our platform but also our users and the broader financial ecosystem. Part of our commitment to AML compliance involves conducting thorough due diligence on all transactions, especially those that may appear suspicious. This process, known as Know Your Customer (KYC), is crucial for verifying the legitimacy of the funds and the identities of those involved in the transactions. It is in this context that we require valid documentation from our users. Unfortunately, as we have not received the necessary documentation from you that meets our KYC and AML criteria, we are at an impasse. Without these documents, we are unable to proceed with processing your transactions. This is not a decision we take lightly, but it is one mandated by both our internal policies and by law to ensure the safety and legality of all transactions on our platform. We understand that this may be frustrating, and we are more than willing to assist you in any way we can to navigate this process. If there are specific issues or concerns with providing the required documentation, please let us know, and we can explore possible solutions together. Our goal is to ensure a secure, transparent, and compliant transaction environment for all our users. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter and look forward to resolving this issue promptly.

The site is still down. How can this be taking so long to fix? Three days seems excessive. Can we please hear something beyond a canned answer about the inconvenience.
