“Fully knew from the start that this was a scam. Luckily, knowing this, i signed up for the lowest plan to see how it would go. I received a few pay outs but like everyone else on here i am still awaiting a withdraw from days ago. Daily amounts still seem to be coming in but i believe this is dead.”

“I too have fallen victim to this scam. It seemed a bit dodgy from the beginning, but as people were raving about it, I thought I'd take a gamble and bought a cloud mining plan from them. It seemed likely that it was legitimate when I started receiving payouts from them, and became even more convincing once I'd received a few payouts from them, but nope, it turned out to be a scam. I did wonder why their site kept going down, but I'm guessing that their site kept getting taken down as their web hosting providers knew that they were scamming people. Given that the address shown on their website appears to be a residential building in Georgia, I'm considering reporting them to the Georgian police, but making a foreign police report seems to be a very difficult endeavour. I've also contacted Cloudflare to see whether they're able to do anything.”

“Same experience as everyone, sad to say we found another ponzi scheme claiming to be a genuine investment in helium. After so many years of these, I am thinking of setting up a genuine cloud mining operation that is backed by the industrialisation of my home mining setups into a large scale to provide real genuine investment opportunity.”

“Same experience as below comments. They shut it down. Mining still happening, but company shut down withdraws and communication. Very sad, they sounded good. I also spoke to Helium itself and they said they have nothing to do with this Helium Farm company and can not authenticate them... hope they have good reason for it and will recover... owerwise its my last try to these ponzy cloud miners...”

“Helium Farm has cut all the communication channels with customers. The withdrawals have stopped working a few days ago. Very worrisome as it looks to be another Ponzi scheme. I have lost a good deal of money.”

“In the first four weeks, everything worked as promised and really well. For 3 days now, however, it has no longer been possible to send the HNT received to my private wallet. For two other queries, the chat always responded quite quickly, but now I haven't received any response for 10 hours. I have not received a KYC request either now or in the last 5 weeks or so of working together. Unfortunately, I no longer have the same good feeling as at the beginning”

“I very much appreciate the friendliness of their support team's communication, I wish, however, it were matched by effectiveness when it comes to resolving issues flagged to them. Despite my continuous attempts to reach them via email or chat and the extensive response to my first review below, I haven't heard from them until this day. So I must conclude that helium farm is a shiny facade with very little substance and even less trustworthiness. The money I lost is a great nuisance, their kafkaesque way of communicating with you (you do not meet our AML standards, but we are not telling you why yet, maybe soon, but then no after all) is a real insult.”
