They just take the leak worry away, and they fit so well. I have a VERY heavy flow and they stood up to a 9hr sleep on my heaviest day with just a tiny bit of saturation at the sides. Previously I would have been doubling or tripling products and still waking up every time I turned over, and inevitably would still have leaked in the morning. I’ve not slept well during my period for years, and with my Flo pants I slept like a baby.
For sizing reference I am a size 20 with a post c section tummy. I sized up one size and I’m glad I did.”

“5 stars for delivery but unfortunately, when I opened the box, which I thought looked different, it contained period liners not bladder liners. These are not much use to me as I had a hysterectomy 50 years ago. What I was expecting was long incontinence liners. I have had the normal ones previously which are fine but I would prefer the longer ones. I gave the period liners to a local charity who were delighted to receive them. I must get round to reordering asap. Jill W”
