“The product is pretty compared to other brands, not as soft, fabric for stiff and not as comfortable as I’d hoped. The box is colourful, it could have more instructions in the box for first time users.”

Been in touch several times about fault with subscription management and not being able to update or even cancel the subscription, charged for something I didn't need as unable to cancel it. Still waiting for response 12 days later. Refund done via PayPal as not heard from customer service.
