“My first hire car would not open even with assistance. The rep very quickly found me another car in the area and transferred it to me. She offered me £15 credit on my next rental because of time and confusion over the first incident. I was very pleased.”

“It's been a few years since I had first used Hiya Car and had to renew a key areas. The WhatsApp conversation with the team was quick however not very effective. I had to ask twice for a two changes to be updated in order to allow me to hire. I do like the app and all the additional features, especially the guidance on starting and ending the hire. Not the smoothest of starts yet I will be using Hiya cat again.”

“Initially when I started using the service in my orgganisation, I was able to book car with no issues and car were always available within reason. Lately hardly any cars to book, yteh team is scrambling for cars or we are given care which are nowhere near location and thsi is stressful and it does become hard to eb to our job as key workers.”
