“This is my narrative and experience as a lawyer client of this company. I had the misfortune of using this company to clean my property in the UK during the UK lockdowns, I live in the Dubai and could not travel to the UK. A couple of times company would quote for services that I had asked for, I would send the funds to by Western Union from the UAE, always in advance upon request. Owner would go into the property and at times not do the whole work covered by the funds paid. He would tell me, sorry no time, tenant arriving shortly and keep my money. Company extracted £60 from me for a door lock which was never changed, trying to get me into paying a weekly amount to go and check my property and empty the post box. A service not needed, not required by me and proposed by them. I refused to send any more money. As a result, owner vindictively went back to my property (without my permission and damaged the same lock that I had paid him £60 to fix. Very unprofessional company! I have raised a police complaint against the owner.”

Company owner Jamal Yahia Hinds, aka "Jay" as he likes to call himself, cannot be trusted, believe me. I currently have a police complaint on him for continuing to hold my property keys (13 keys) for almost a year since we parted ways. A couple of times he would quote for services that I had asked for, I would send the funds to him by Western Union from the UAE, always in advance upon his request. He would go into the property and at times and do a shoddy job or not the whole work covered by the funds paid. He would tell me, "sorry no time, tenant arriving shortly" and keep my money. He decided to take his tricks to the next level once by extracting £60 from me for a door lock which he never changed, trying to con me into paying him a weekly amount to go and check my property and empty the post box. A service that was not needed, not required by me and proposed by him. I refused to send any more money to him. He vindictively went back to my property (without my permission, TRESSPASS IN LAW) and damaged the same lock that I had paid him £60 to fix. I will know know what else he did...... He still has my keys.........makes you wonder why? Very unprofessional company, stay away!”
“scammer! do not use this company. He will defraud you, do shoddy jobs and if you look at all the reviews they are clearly written by the same person!
You will have to pay twice to have the job done. Once by the dodgy HND who will charm you into thinking he has done the job to an excellent standard and then a few weeks later you will have to bring another reputable company to re-do the work. DO NOT USE HIM.”
