“Thank you for exchanging my trousers. The ones received are " loose" fitting, as expected, but I can at least fasten the waist. I am still trying to figure out why there is such a difference in the fitting.!!! Regards. Geoff Edge.”

“Received woodland dealer boots took a bit longer for delivery after I paid for rapid next day delivery but worth the wait as the boots are very comfortable even after only a few days wearing in Definitely buy another pair”

“The product selection was very good, and the pricing was very good. Communication wasn't as good as I thought it would be. Delivery was also slower than I thought it would be. As for the items themselves, they are going to be a Christmas gift and was sent to a niece's address so I can't comment on that”

“Well happy with my boots, plenty of room, need to wear winter socks witch is totally fine, would’ve been good to have a wee note to on how to take care off them, maybe a small tin of protection, overall 8/10”

“Lovely clothes. Delivery took a while. Watch out for the £23 optional postage insurance charge as it is easy to miss and can be removed. Customer services removed it for me afterwards with no quibble.”

“Good service re:ordering but longer than expected wait for arrival of order,however, once contacted by me regarding the delay I was informed of the reason for this and from then on to delivery of my parcel I was kept informed and treated with courtesy, customer services were most helpful .However ,when jacket arrived it was too big and needed to be returned and the ladies in customer services were most helpful in their instructions on how to return the parcel and all was well.I have placed a new order with the company and have confidence that all will be well.”
