“I ordered 2 pairs of Hoggs of Fife Greene King man's waterproof trousers. I have purchased these trousers previously from another source and they are very good quality but I found ordering them from Hollands website difficult. First of all a charge of £1.09 called Protect my Order was added to my order. I didn't want this but couldn't delete idt. Then, a text popped up saying my order qualified for free deliver but that disappeared so I was charged delivery. As I say, excellent trousers but ordering them was very difficult. They did arrive quite quickly but not in the time advertised .”

“I believe this to be a fledgling family concern who I believe we should supporting small business, who obtain their stock from the larger country clothing clothing, quality therefore good, service personal when necessary to speak with them. Due to Christmas period, returns and delivery of replacements took some time. Nevertheless a pleasant company to deal with.”

“I ordered these for my daughter for Christmas, so can't comment. I thought postage seemed expensive and they took about 3 weeks to arrive. At least I got them in time.”

“The lines they stock are very good at reasonable prices but their delivery system is very poor, the site did say five days possible for dispatch from ordering, but received my goods 14 days after ordering and paying”

“My first experience of Holland Country Clothing was generally a good one . However I was disappointed when returning my online order . I tried on several occasions to return with the exchange option as I wanted a smaller size . After several attempts I decided just to return for a refund . I would normally have then just reordered a smaller size but having to pay for delivery to return this was then not feasible . I think I would be more inclined to shop there again if free delivery and returns was an option . Unfortunately for me I won’t be shopping there again . Having to pay for any potential returns is just a cost I can’t afford to factor in”

“They have been bought as a gift for Christmas, but they look as though they will be fine for my son. He is in a manual job and gives all pairs of trousers a hard time, so was looking for something heavierweight. They look as though they will fit the bill.”

“Hollands was very helpful with free returns as I tried out two different colours and three sizes. It is understandable that there cannot always be telephone support on hand, hpwever email support was exemplary, prompt and helpful.”
