“I ordered a size 5 wellington and had to return for a smaller size. Hollands did this quickly and no charge for posting for replacement which is excellent. Items received quickly within a few days. Excellent customer service with update information provided by email throughout.”

“A US friend asked me to buy her husband an English country cap to bring over when I'm on holiday next month. I love it and am half-hoping he doesn't, so that I can wear it myself. If he likes and keeps is - most likely scenario - I will probably buy another for myself. Classic qualify, delivered promptly.”

“The promptness and delivery of the items from Hollands was quite good although they sent an email for feedback even before I had received them. It is very hard purchasing items online to see exactly the quality and feel of the fabric and I was a tad disappointed. I could purchase equally good items from K-Mart.”

“I have been extremely pleased with the service that I have received from Hollands. Good prices and normally speedy delivery. Especially pleased with the reaction when an order was not delivered .
