“So far experience has been frustrating…received coat which was faulty and I still haven’t got replacement! Customer service team has been kind but whole process has been extremely slow, inefficient and frankly, annoying. I sent them the photo of the fault, customer service team responded that they needed more photos, provided them, then they say yes we accept the fault and ask me to through system return process which after completion suggest that Hollands team will accept or reject the request, by this time I have already lost a week with going forwards and backwards…. Customer team suggested that if I share proof of my return receipt they might be able to ship coat sooner which, of course doesn’t happen.. and then I receive notice that they are out of stock! And expected dispatch would be around 10th October from Manchester … believe me by now I wished I never bought this coat! Unfortunately, coat did seem substantial, well made and comfortable which only thing why I haven’t complete cancelled the order but frankly it is not only coat available.”

“The only thing was the delivery time. I was expecting 2-3 days as on the website but that is only once Holland receive them from their suppliers. It's all there but took longer than I was expecting apart from that all good.”

“Great coat, just what I wanted, only criticism is the sleeves, the velcro to tighten the wrist is in the wrong place, I have had to buy some stick on velcro so that I can make the sleeves narrower.”

“Despite checking with size guide before purchase the item was far too big. I now have to pay for return and so it is unlikely that I will be purchasing again from this site. The product is good though and I'm disappointed it does not fit.”

“Size xxl was nowhere near size 18, too small. Was charged postage both ways when returning. An expensive experience so I won't take a chance in future. A pity because I really liked the item.”
