Hi Colin, Thank you for your feedback. Please accept our apologies that you had an issue with your shirt. The reason that we asked you to send some photos of the fault is in the case of this brand, we don't actually need the shirt to be returned to sort it out for you. Sending us the photos would allow us to put in a claim with the brand and provide you with a refund or replacement and you could keep the shirt. I promise the photo requests is to make the return process as smooth as possible, we are so sorry if that came across as insulting it was not our intetion. I have reached out to you via email again so we can gather the photos from you and then we can happily sort this out. If you would prefer to return the shirt back to us we can send over some new details to do that,it will take a bit longer but can do what you prefer. We look forward to hearing from you.
