“After the initial hiccup due to DPD and having to cancel and reorder at another location the coat was just what I wanted. Just a shame that if it had been delivered on time, I would have had it when it was torrential rain and not the rest of the holiday of brilliant sunshine lol. Company were extremely helpful with the problem. The delivery time on the review reflects this.”

“I bought the full length Windsor years ago and wore it to work. It was greatly admired but as I got older I found it was too big for me so I gave it to a nurse who used it on night shifts. Now I have the three quarter Windsor. Much better for me and the navy colour is easy to wear. Same good quality. Thank you.”

“I didn’t realise when I ordered that the products weren’t actually in stock. It seems they order stock in to supply orders after they’ve been made. Took 11 days for my order to arrive. Staff weren’t apologetic when I enquired about the delay of my order and just copy and pasted a paragraph from they’re website stating that even if I paid for next day delivery my order would still take several days to come. A bit pointless offering next day delivery really. I paid for 48hr, I wasn’t even offered refund for that. I won’t be shopping with them again.”

“Super clothes and accessories I have bought from Hollands. That is apart from a dog collar ( Therapy - tec says small on label but it is super small and does not fit ) which I bought for my patterdale pup. Don't know how to send it back”
