“We ordered our 2 Tilley hats on 30th September and received confirmation that they would arrive "Shipping method Free Delivery (5-7 Working Days). they came after we had left! We were disappointed that there wasn't a small information booklet and in fact one hat wasn't even in it's own plastic bag, and rather creased, just loose in the cardboard box. They do however fit and will be used in the future.”
