“Ordered a pair of Hoggs of Fife boots in January this year. They developed a fault in September. I sent pictures to Hollands and expected a multitude of excuses. They gave me 3 options,refund or replace. I decided to upgrade to Blundstone.No quibbles, just great customer care.”

“I ordered 2 jackets 1 was too big. This was exchanged easily and without too much effort. Overall I'm very impressed with the service and products. The price was very competitive too. I will definitely use Hollands Country Clothing again.”

“I am a return customer, living the other side of the world. I greatly appreciate the variety of stock which Hollands maintains in their catalogue. Customer service has always been excellent, with prompt responses. I do feel somewhat frustrated that I cannot seem to use my UK Bank to pay for items because I use my overseas address for all my banking. Hollands' online ordering process rejects my attempts to pay because it identifies a UK bank with an overseas address. This means that I have to use a local bank, paying in my local currency, with the bank charges and disadvantageous exchange rates, rather than using my UK bank. My only other gripe is that I was supplied with a Tracking Number which didn't work, and for my last order I have received no Tracking Number at all. Nevertheless, I will certainly be a regular customer and just hope that Hollands can address these issues.”
