“I came across Hollands Country Clothing and all reviews were good, so I thought I would try them out first by buying an item costing just 19.95. A delivery cost of £5.95 was added and I agreed to this as the overall price for me was still good value. I ordered my normal size but when it arrived it was much too large so it needed returning. 1) When I tried to replace with a smaller size I was told this was not possible on this item. 2) When I completed the form to request a return it defaults to giving a credit note rather than money back. 3) I had to pay to return the item costing me a further £5.00”

Hi Richard, Thank you for your email. Please accept our apologies that you haven't had a positive experience with us. Unfortunately we cannot process exchanges for Ship to Shop orders. A Ship to Shop order will auto-generate a pickup code and pickup pass, this will not work replicating this with an exchange order. For any of these orders we recommend to return for a refund, or you can also exchange for store credit which will generate a gift card to be used on the website. The store credit option is not selected as a default, the portal will ask you to select either the store credit or refund option. We do have a return fee of £4 if you return for a refund however as you used your own method of return, your item cost was refunded in full. We are so sorry for any inconvenience caused. “Ordered some clothes as christmas presents Good quality and ideal for dog walking. Took advantage of the sale as I had been eyeing up a top all ready. I ended getting 5 items for what I intend spending on one so made up. Only issue is I now need 4 more christmas presents because all item have now ended up in my pile of presents for xmas presents off the dog instead of who they were intend for.”

“Just had my second item from this company delivered. Ordered Monday afternoon delivered Wednesday morning on standard delivery by Royal Mail super service!. Very pleaed with the quality and price of both items. This appears to be a very well run company. No nobs and whistles just straight forward and selling decent quality products at an affordable price. Now on my to go too list.”
