Very good website and prices much less than on others. Was notified on delivery timescale and items arrived well packaged. Had to return a couple of items due to sizing but was refunded promptly. Will use again for sure. Highly recommended. Thank you

Ladies night dress, the fabric itself is good quality however the number of panels used make it uncomfortable, in addition the buttons are too big for the holes making it impossible to fasten, would not recommend

The tops I bought are ideal,warm and comfortable although despatch could have been quicker had to chase up the order to get a tracking number

Extremely disappointed. Hollands can’t be bothered to check orders before sending and hugely wasted my time sending me 2 different boots in a box. I tried calling over a couple days and couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. I emailed multiple times and they take so long to reply to any messages and keep using excuses about “internet problems.” They then finally send me a link to apply for a refund, but the refund doesn’t include a refund for the £5 postage! It’s not my fault Hollands sent 2 different boots! After many painful emails, I finally got my refund and no correct boots due to them now being “out of stock.” Huge waste of time and not a good first impression. Will never make any purchases from them again! Awful customer service. No offer of a discount code for wasting my time, nothing.

Hi Annie, Thank you for your feedback. We are so sorry to hear you had an issue with your order. Unfortunately when you were trying to contact us via phone, there was a genuine issue with our call system. A Nationwide internet outage unfortunately did take our phone system down, there was nothing we could to do to prevent or resolve this. It was not just our company affected, multiple other retailers including Amazon were affected by this issue. When we sent over the return link we had asked you to confirm when the return had been put through the portal so we could personally arrange to have your item refunded in full. We understand and appreciate this was not your fault and wanted to make sure you were refunded in full, I can only apologise for the confusion caused with the emails. I ordered and paid for a deerhunter game keeper pro turf coloured, as said on your website, then for whatever reason I got an email to say you haven't got one. My daughter looked for one, your website saying still available. Something needs updating. And you take the money in a blink, and take a wk to refund. So you can see, slightly frustrated Andrew
