“Just to focus on one area: returns. Their process is efficient and pretty seamless. Repackage the item go to the Post Office, show them the QR code and job done. Replacement item back within a week. Recommend.”

“I recently bought an item from Hollands that proved to be too small. I reordered a larger size and was pleasantly surprised to find that there was no charge for either the return/reissue. The original item was delivered in super - quick time and again with the re-delivery, I received it in impressivly quick time too. I found that to be pretty efficient and great customer service.”

“I'd never come across Hollands previously but I'm glad I found them. Everything on there webiste seems to be of good quality and perfectly suited to the outdoor life. “Fleece gilet- just right for the cold weather, without restricting movement. Ordered model wrong sizs, but return and change for smaller size organised with no problems. Colour olive, very nice, difficult to find in that colour anywhere else.”

“The bush coats I have bought are just pcerfect for wet weather. I bought a blue one and a plum one. I would recommend getting the next size up, thus allowing for jumpers etc”
