“I recently bought a Dubarry knitted gilet (very high quality) and a couple of pairs of lightweight summer walking socks (Bridgedale Ultra Lite T2 Coolmax. I messed my order up slightly incurring extra shipping costs, but after an email Hollands sorted it out and credited me appropriately, so I was very pleased all round.”

“I bought a Percussion Berry Waterproof Jacket for my son. It was beautiful but it was too small. The returns process was extremely easy. I was contacted by the staff by email and phone, and via the automated assistant on the site. It was free to return, I didn't have to print a label and it was easy to change the delivery address. Very satisfied. Excellent product and excellent service 10/10”
