“What a great find! A really fabulous, family orientated company! I recently orderd a shooting vest from Hollands and forgot to adjust for EU sizing. Vest arrived - and it was a lovely Harlika vest - but for a small child.... I organised a return on the Hollands site (which could not have been more straight forward)- a few days later, i've got another vest - that actually fits. Great communication from Hollands at every stage, and I will be shopping there more often now!”

“Bought the Woodland 6 eyelet utility boot, was a size too big upon arrival so sent back free of charge and very easily the next day, with acknowledgement from Hollands and dispatch of correct size boots in very quick time.”

“I have tried several boots from the company in order to obtain a pair which facilitates wide feet.The company have provided excellent service with supplying & returning the boots that unfortunately did not fit. Their customer service is exceptional & I would not hesitate recommending them to any other potential clients. Many thanks to Hannah for all her advice,help & prompt service.”

“A good company with good service and a massive choice of clothing that sometimes makes it difficult to choose - As an example of the service - I wanted to know the exact measurements of a jacket so I would receive the right fit first time and not have the hassle of a return - they supplied me with what I requested and I got what I wanted first time - different brands can vary greatly with their sizing and it would be fantastic if customers could have actual armpit to armpit sizing - (I would consider myself a size 14 but ended up with Jack Murphy raincoat that actually fitted me and was a size 10 because of the sizing)! I would never have dreamed of ordering a size 10 for a jacket before requesting this information -”

“Bought a hat from Hollands but unfortunately it arrived in a badly damaged box and had marks on it. I sent pictures and message to Hollands and they swiftly exchanged my product with their apologies. I would be more then happy to use them again and to recommend to friends.”
