“Ordered some T-shirts that came up very small so I had to return, having paid £4.95delivery, I then paid £4.00 to return and a £4.00 handling charge! Beware of the small print t&c’s.”

“Service was quick to respond when I had a question. It did take longer than the noted time to dispatch the product, but overall I don't have any complaints about service. One item I ordered seems to be of fair quality, but I haven't had a chance to put it to use yet. The other item is poorly made with low quality materials.”

“What a great find! A really fabulous, family orientated company! I recently orderd a shooting vest from Hollands and forgot to adjust for EU sizing. Vest arrived - and it was a lovely Harlika vest - but for a small child.... I organised a return on the Hollands site (which could not have been more straight forward)- a few days later, i've got another vest - that actually fits. Great communication from Hollands at every stage, and I will be shopping there more often now!”
