“Minimum £99 order for free postage is far too high plus it costs £4 to return something. I bought three items and only the shirt was any good so cost me basically an extra £4 for the shirt (New Forest minimum order is £40 and free returns)”

“I ordered a pair of shoes as a present for my wife. Everyting was absolutely fine (price, ordering, delivery, after care) but unfortunately I had to return the shoes as thecolour was not right; the photograph on the website suggested a much lighter colour than the shoes are in reality. This was rather misleading, but it is not an uncommon experience.”

“This order has been a comedy of errors. The order did not arrive as the courier reported that the shipping address did not exist; then my billing address was replaced by my shipping address. Now a substantial period after placing the order, and still without the item, a review is requested. I find it difficult to unxderstand how I can be expected to write a review when the item is still not in my possession after such a long time”

“I've bought from Hollands a few times, they're the right sort of outlet for me, had to do an exchange a few weeks ago, the online tool wasn't doing it for me so I had to contact customer services via individual emails and they were exceptionally helpful and it was all sorted out quickly”
