“Great trousers, very comfy and I can imagine they will be quite warm. Sizing comes up small so I recommend you size up by 1. The website quotes 5-7 to dispatch, and to be fair these were dispatched within that time frame, on day 7. Then delivery was quick. I feel let down by this service as I ordered them for a specific occasion and thought 9 days from the day after my order to the day before the one I needed them for should be plenty of time. Alas due to the week it took to dispatch them they did not arrive in time. I fail to see why it takes 7 days to dispatch 1 item in today's world, and honestly this could stop me ordering from this company again.”

“My Chelsea Boots have started to come apart inside. My second order arrived in the wrong colour, waxey Brown, Not Walnut, I sent them back only for them to send the same colour back to me. I even enclosed a photo of the different colours, sadly they have gone back and a refund given.”

“How can you send the wrong size twice!! These waders were required a month ago!Your return service is poor in the fact once posted the replacement should be released and on its way at the same time if your service was good!”

“I bought this item and took a chance on the size? I've worn Musto for years, but there sizes gave changed? I bought a black Musto recently from their website and it was a very slimming XL? I then sought to buy a blue Musto jacket and when ordering through the Musto site came through to you. I ordered a XL and got an XL/TG! This proved to be a bit more generous. So I tried to buy from you a Black Musto jacket but was told they have only sent you an XL. That's why I cancelled the order which Nelly did try to get ne the XL/TG but unfortunetly they only sent XL? That's my story!”
