“A little disappointed. No trouser length shown on the order form although Seeland show various lengths are available. I took a chance, trousers too long and had to return them. The experience cost me £8.95 (delivery and return)!😔”

“My order came very quickly which sadly was too big and had to be sent back . I ordered a smaller size and that also arrived very quickly and my refund was processed within a few days. I would shop at Holland Country Clothing again. Highly recommend x”

“Several products ordered. Delivered together within the time frame of what was said on the order. A email was sent just to confirm order was being processed and this was promptly replied too. All products arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Will definitely shop with Hollands again in the future.”

“Good quality goods at very good prices. Prompt delivery, and I'm sure any complaints would be dealt with promptly too, although I've never had cause for complaint in any of the purchases I've made. “Coat leaked under right arm first time worn . Your return system is awful it asked for photos and I replied with them and waited and then was asked twice more for the same info . Eventually I was given return form. But no replacement until the coat had been inspected and then you would send a replacement leaving me without a coat for two weeks since reporting issues . I want a refund and will purchase from another company”

“There was a bit of a delay from my web order due to needing to reorder stock but I was emailed about it. I chased a few days later and got a reply within 24hrs and everything had been dispatched. It's not the faults or glitches that matter too much as long as they get put right and I can say Hollands put it right so a solid 4 stars.”

“Twice, I have ordered Small/Medium Caps. Both times I have been sent L caps in error by Hollands. This is such a stupid and basic error on their part. Their return and refund method is complex. I simply wanted to be sent the correct sized hats or none at all in the first place. This is my first, second and last experience of ordering from them. I will never order from such a careless company again.”
