“A first class company. I had to return my Sandringham coat as I had ordered a size 16 which proved to be too large. The customer service is excellent, a code was sent immediately for me to scan and return my order and a replacement is now on it's way. All free of charge. I would not hesitate to buy from Hollands in the future.”

“The trousers are really nice, but I did pay a premium to have them delivered in time for the day I needed them and they were late arriving by 2 days. They say the order times are on the individual items, the why therefore take the payment for delivery in 1-2 days?”

“Took ages to receive items over 10days. Missed birthday they were for. Would never order from Hollands again, terrible customer service. They only hold a small amount of stock they just order it in when you order it. In my opinion, order your country clothing from a bigger more reputable company or order direct from manufacture.”
