“Payed extra for quicker delivery but my order took a week to arrive. From the sizing guide on the website the item should have been a good fit unfortunately it was ginormous . Plus a little dissatisfied I have been charged postage for the return.”

Hi Leon, Thank you for your feedback. Apologies that you were not satisfied with the delivery time. The dispatch time on your item was 3-5 working days, these times are listed on the items/checkout and in your confirmation. As your order was placed on the 3rd of June and dispatched on the 6th of June, I can confirm it arrived in line with our schedule. I apologise that the fit was not correct. As you had a problem with the fit I have issued a refund for the £4 return charge that was deducted, the funds should be back with you within 2-4 working days. “Eventually got my item, however two weeks nowadays is far too long (even though a minimum and maximum window was stated). Communication could have been more proactive. However the price of the item was my motivation. Wouldn’t use Hollands again unless improvements on delivery can be guaranteed.”

As confirmed in your review we did advertise a 5-10 working day dispatch time with your item. We advertise these times on the item listings, at the checkout and in your confirmation as well. This is the processing time for the band and as they are based in Sweden, items can take slightly longer to come into us that usual. “Fantastic company to do business with, unfortunatley due to permenant damage to my left leg after an Adder bite, I have ended up returning some of the items that don't fit me. However the returns process has been excellent and very easy. 10/10 for Customer Service. Thanks and I will be buying some more items soon.”
