Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I do apologise that you haven't had a positive experience. We aim to answer all of our emails within 48 hours of receipt, however if we have missed any of your emails I do sincerely apologise they would have been missed in error rather than intentionally. All of our dispatch times can be found on the item listings and this is on top of he delivery time which can mean the orders arrive slower than for items that are available to go the same day. “Great quality clothing, sadly had to return a pair of trousers as they were a tighter fit than previous ones. Have asked for a replacement in next size up and hopefully these will fit just fine. Would buy again as quality is superb.”

“I am very pleased with these wellington boots, they are good quality with good tread and look stylish. I had to return the first pair as they were not large enough but had no problems getting a replacement in a larger size. I would reccormend this company for there service. Thankyou”

“Delivery was slow, despite being charged extra for Royal Mail delivery. Goods were returned as the size was 'suspect'. The shorts were smaller in the waist than my other Musto shorts. The returns procedure takes ages, despite chasing up via customer service department. Currently STILL WAITING for the credit to my card. Overall, not a great experience. Comparred to other suppliers in the UK clothing market your processes are slow, tedious and not the way to get repeat business. I have no doubt that I will probably be charged for the return of the suspect goods. You are lucky to get a 2 star rating above.”

The dispatch time on your item was 5-7 working days and the delivery selectedwas our standard Royal Mail delivery. As the order was placed on the 2nd of June and dispatched on the 6th, to be delivered on the 8th I can confirm it did arrive in line with our schedule on your order.
