“1 item lovely Other too big but sent back as instructed with an exchange note for smaller or put if not available an alternative. Email saying recieved and refund to be given !!!! Didn't ask for refund so not happy as now have the postage taken from the price of the item and still no refund as yet.. Didn't have to pay to return but I had exchange on form not refund so postage was taken off value”

“The trousers I ordered took a while to be despatched and when they arrived they had a fault within the material which meant that I had to.return them. Very poor quality control and very poor management to ask me to comment at this stage of the process before I have received a satisfactory product. What sort of a review do they expect?”
