“Absolutely excellent service, going above and beyond - thank you so much 😊!! Had originally ordered a wide brimmed Tilley hat from Tilley.Uk (big mistake) - shocking customer service and no sign of hat delivery 3 weeks on. I was desperate to get this hat for my Dad who was having extensive facial surgery to remove a tumour. I contacted Hollands Country Clothing Customer Service team who were so helpful, confirmed they had hat in stock and dispatched straight away. Amazingly, received hat the following day in time for my Dad's surgery. Being able to leave hospital with the hat was a huge boast, giving him the cover he needed when his confidence in his appearance was so low. I remain unbelievably grateful to everyone at Hollands who made a very difficult time for my Dad that little bit easier - thank you all you were amazing 👏”
