“To be honest, good product and competitively priced…. However, if you expect prompt delivery, you will be sorely disappointed!!! Very slow indeed to package and dispatch. If you’re not in a hurry, fine!!”

Hi Melanie, Thank you for your feedback. Apologies you were not totally satisfied with the packing time. The dispatch time depends on the product and the relevant dispatch time. As your dispatch time was 1-2 working days and the delivery was 2-4 working days, your order was due to be delivered between the 17th-21st of May. I am pleased to see it was delivered on the 18th. “For quite a while I have been looking for a lightweight jacket with two inside pockets. It doesn't seem too much to ask for but I searched for a long time. Google to the rescue, or rather Hollands to the rescue through the magic of the internet. I'd never heard of Hollands but I saw the jacket I wanted and ordered it. It arrived very quickly and is everything I wanted, at a very reasonable price. I've been wearing it every day since it arrived and it's comfortable, has all the pockets I need and really very smart. I will be checking out Hollands for more clothing as the need arises. I'm sure I'll find what I need for other seasons too.”
