“This was described as a raincoat in the brochure but it’s actually a riding coat! In addition the zip seemed very flimsy and could easily have failed very quickly.”

“Great value item just what is required sizing had to be adjusted as a larger fit for me, Melissa in Customer Service sorted a smaller size now just what I wanted - thank you guys you now have happy regular customer. By the way nice to deal with a Northern Company from a fellow Northerner in exile.”

“Delivery and refund ok, however unexplained charge to protect my order was not refunded and an additional £9.00 taken before refund without explanation. I will shop elsewhere, first and last time using this company!”

Hi Simon, Thank you for your feedback. Apologies for the confusion regarding your refund The £9 deducted from your refund was made up of the protect my order charge and the £4 return fee deducted if our label is used to return for a refund. The return fee is states on your returns form and in our returns information on the website. I have now refunded the protect my order as you have confirmed you did not want this, the £4 return fee has been left standing. Kind regards Hollands
