“It’s ridiculous to take 5/7 working days before you get round to sending an order. No other internet company takes that long. Learn from Amazon- they pack & dispatch the same day! The product was good, the whole experience was very poor as it was a birthday present but was missed by 3 days.”

“Really happy with the order of a coat and a hat which are very good quality, and lovely strong autumn colours. Also worth saying that I am very happy with the returns process as i had to return one item (entirely my own fault). This was processed quickly and I have been able to re order”

“Lovely boots but big on size. Had to size down and even then a bit big as no half sizes. Hollands were very good and quick about my exchange. I’m a size 4.5 and ended up with a size 4 after exchange. Thick socks and insert still needed. But they are lovely.”
