“The item arrived with a manufacturing fault. It would appear the returns policy requires one to jump through multiple hoops. The returns portal does not work despite several attempts to complete the form. On emailing I have been asked to send multiple photographs. No returns address evident anywhere forcing you to go through this process. Have bought many items from this company in the past but will not again. Have purchased the item from a different website whose returns policy appears to trust customers more.”

“Lovely wellies, definitely comfortable with added external zip to help get on and off with my swollen ankle. Very helpful as I had to exchange them for a size up, no problem received them quickly! Thanks for your prompt attention and great customer service!”
